These days it seems we’re all struggling to balance the important aspects of our lives. So, I’m constructing a Life Balance Journal which contains weekly trackers for the major areas: wellness, spirituality, family and relationships, social life, personal growth, fun and relaxation, career/work, and finances. The idea is to write in at least one activity every week that corresponds to each area.

The journal I’m working on today is a gift for a friend, and is made from an old book. Since each of the inside pages needs to be smooth and flat for writing, the bling is relegated to the cover. I’m using a Creative Canvas piece and dew drops in red, pink, orange, yellow, and green to embellish the journal.  I hope you enjoy the process and feel inspired to create your own life balance book.
