Here’s a soft and cozy card to offer a warm vibe to your beloved one!

Hello dear crafters! Rumana here once again with a Layering Stenciled Love Card embellished with Spring Blooms Dew Drops ….. Hope you enjoy the detail!!!

Here’s what I’ve used to make it!!!

  1. A 5″ x 10″ Pure-white card base, folded into half to make the entire card of 5″ x 5″ dimension
  2. Finger dauber/ Blending brush
  3. Ink pads (peach, teal, mustard color)
  4. Nesting Heart die set
  5. “Warm Hugs” sentiment die set
  6. Wild flower stencil set
  7. Some extra white card-stock for die-cutting and inlaying
  8. Spring Blooms Dew Drops
  9. Liquid adhesive
  10. A die cutting machine
  11. Foam tape

Looking into the steps I’ve followed…

  • I’ve started the process with piecing the paper for card base in mentioned dimension. To keep it simple I’ve use the card base as the front panel.
  • Then I’ve taken a piece of white card stock and run it through my die-cutting machine with 3 different consecutive sized nesting heart dies.
  • I colored the largest heart shaped cut out using peach ink pad, the middle one in teal and the smallest in mustard. I’ve aligned the 3 heart shaped cutouts and stenciled those in same sequence with darker tone of respective colors.
  • Keeping the alignment perfect, I then attached the heart cutouts in ascending order using foam tape and glued down the stack of 3 directly on card base using liquid adhesive.
  • At this point I cut the “Warm Hugs” sentiment die set, took 3 cutouts to stack them up for adding dimension.
  • Then I’ve glued the sentiment on the top of the card focal object.
  • And finally I’ve embellished the card with Spring Blooms Dew Drops in random placement.

The making was really a short and simple process but I’m in love with the outcome…… I hope you like it too!!! Happy Crafting!!!

With Love…

Rumana Amin.
