Hello crafty Robins! I hope you are in good health. This is Sadia here today, to share a clean and simple handmade card tutorial featuring a colored card base. As always, I’ll guide you on adding a touch of elegance to your card with some Clear Dew Drops from the Robins Nest Creative store. Let’s craft and create some Blooms and Blends: Crafting Elegance with Dewdrops!

Handmade card

Card Supplies:

  1.  Colored Card base
  2.  White card paper
  3. Altenew layer ornate frame die set
  4. Sentiment Stamp
  5. Distress Oxide ink  (Blue shades) for ink blending, black ink pad, green ink pad
  6. Clear Dew Drops
  7. Golden Sequins

I started this card by playing with some ink blending on plain white paper. Then, I went for distressed oxide ink for those cool blue flowers and green ink pads for the leaves. Once that was looking good, I got into some die-cutting action, using a layered ornate frame die on those beautifully blended papers.

After that, came the fun part – layering those flowers and leaves onto the die-cut frame. After getting that combo just right, I slapped the flower frame onto the card and centered my sentiment around it. A bit of liquid glue secured the flower frame nicely to the card base.

For the grand finale, I jazzed it up with a sprinkle of sequins and some Clear Dew Drops from the Robins Nest Creative store. Voila! Another elegant card to add to your collection.

I hope you enjoyed today’s card, please share your cardmaking with us if you get inspired by this card. Find and tag me on Instagram/Facebook. Have a wonderful week with crafty times.

With love,
Sadia
