The Robin’s Nest Creative Archival Seeds on Card

Good morning, Chattering Robins! Sadia is back today, and I’m thrilled to share a brand-new handmade card that uses a few different techniques to spice up your cards. The use of Nesting dies for making card base, dry embossing, and the addition of Cherry Kisses Archival Seeds on the cards are the techniques I utilized on this card to add interest.

Supplies:

1. White card base
2. White card paper
3. White card panel
4. Spellbinder nesting dies
5. Flower dies
6. Sentiment stamp
7. Sizzix embossing folder

Cherry Kisses Archival Seeds

Instructions:

At first, I made a white card base using a Spellbinder nesting die set. Then, I cut a card panel using a smaller nesting die than the one I used on the card base and embossed it using Sizzix embossing folder. After embossing the card panel I dressed the sides of it using light red ink. After that I die-cut flower petals and colored them and then assembled them into a flower, I also glued an archival seed to the flower center. Then I stamped the pictured sentiment on a piece of paper. After doing all the bits I attached the card panel to the card base and decorated it with the assembled flower, sentiment, and Cherry Kisses Archival Seeds.
