Most of my high school life could be found in the art room where I tutored other students and became the Art President. (Thank you, Mrs. Burns, for telling me I could do anything!)
So, here I am now teaching preschool, doing some freelance writing, and making things about eleven-hundred times a week. My daughter KatieGrace, is just as eager to craft as I am and often can be found as an accomplice to the many pieces that are made. I do everything from traditional art like acrylic painting and watercolor, to trying my hand at paper mache, sewing, polymer clay art, and even jewelry. There isn’t any craft form safe from my hands. I hope to show everyone how fun and enjoyable it can be to make something with their own hands and hopefully make the world a teensy bit more beautiful.
