Here’s a soft and cozy card to offer a warm cheerful vibe to your beloved one!

Hello dear crafters! Rumana here once again with a Cheerful Daisy Wish Card embellished with Limoncello Mini Dew Drops…… Hope you enjoy the detail!!!

Here’s what I’ve used to make it!!!

  1. A 5″ x 10″ Pure-white card base, folded into half to make the entire card of 5″ x 5″ dimension
  2. Finger dauber/ Blending brush
  3. Ink pads (Lemon, Yellow, Mustard, Shades of Green & Brown)
  4. Altenew Craft-A-Flower Daisy Layering Die Set
  5. Cheerful sunshine stamp
  6. Rectangular stencil set
  7. Some extra white card-stock for die-cutting and inlaying
  8. Limoncello Mini Dew Drops
  9. Liquid adhesive
  10. A die cutting machine
  11. Stamping block
  12. Foam tape

Looking into the steps I’ve followed…

  • I’ve started the process with piecing the paper for card base in mentioned dimension. To keep it simple I’ve use the card base as the front panel.
  • On the front panel I’ve created a faux background using rectangular stencil and soft blend of yellow, lemon and mustard ink.
  • Then I took a white piece of paper and cut out the daisy flower die set. I’ve colored the pieces of petals with mustard and yellow. I chose a combo of shades of brown to color the center of the flower. I used bottle green and lime green to shade the leafs. After the coloring is done, I’ve glued down the layers of flowers and leaves to hold them together.
  • After that I played with the pieces for a while to place them on the front stenciled panel until I was happy with the placement.
  • Then I’ve glued down the elements using liquid adhesive. While fixing the flower on the card panel, I took care of it’s petals fluff with the help of tiny tapes.
  • I kept the right side of the stenciled area for sentiment. After I was done with fixing the flower, I stamped the Cheerful sunshine sentiment using bottle green ink and a stamping block.
  • And finally I’ve embellished the card with Limoncello Mini Dew Drops in random placement.

The making was a simple process but I’m in love with the outcome…… I hope you like it too!!! Happy Crafting!!!

With Love…

Rumana Amin.
