Hello crafty friends and Happy Wednesday to you all! Cheryl here with my project I designed for The Robins Nest: Today’s fun project is a canvas using Dew Drops & canvas from the Robins Nest. I enjoyed making this.

Stamping on canvas

to start with I stamped my Elegant Holly in Memento black ink on the canvas using the Misti tool, as It gives me the option to stamp a couple of times, and then heat embossed using a little black embossing powder and craft heat tool. Next I chose my copic colors in red and green and colored the images and then heated them a bit to dry. Copics used-R59, R35,YG03, G28.

Decorating the canvas

Now we are ready to decorate, you can choose whatever works best but I chose to decorate my canvas using dew drops from The Robins Nest Creative and color. I used the red dew drops for the red berries, and then the green diamond dew drops for the holly. I also added in some extra red dew drops around the swirls, love how it turned out.

Final canvas

Lastly I glued the dew drops using Art Glitter glue, and then took the green copic and traced over the swirls, as I thought it would look pretty. This canvas would be perfect for a journal cover. Just love it!

Thank you so much for stopping by and hope you enjoyed my post for today. happy crafting to all

Hugs ,Cheryl
