Summer Time Mermaid Craft!

Hi everyone! It’s summer time, what a better time to have a mermaid craft!

Summer Time Mermaid Craft tutorial:

As always, I recommend you use whatever color and type of dew drops you want to use. Use this link to find the dew drops that speak to you!  Shop for dew drops!

For the Summer Time Mermaid Craft I used:

• Paper
• Paint
• Painting supplies
• Robin’s Nest Creative Dew Drops
• Scraps cut out from an old planner (Free Printable on my Blog )

First I painted the entire paper with a green, light blue, and dark blue gradient. And then I cut out and placed the banner. I used blue diamond drops along the bottom of the banner.

The next step is to  cut out paper into little cloud shapes. The best way I know. how to describe them is a lumpy cloud shape on top and straight on the bottom, hahaha. I made four that were half the length of the painting.

I took two of the shapes I just cut out and gave them a wash using blues and purples.

 The fourth step is to place the two unpainted shapes slightly above the bottom half of the painting.

 Finally, add the painted shapes onto the bottom of the page and then place the rest of your print outs wherever you like on the page. I added pink dew drops in small and standard size on the page.
