Hello there everyone! It’s Sadia back here today, and I am excited to be sharing a new inspiration post, an Eid card. Today is the first day of Ramadan in Bangladesh and sharing this card today is emotional for me. This week, I used Metallic Gold Dew Drops on my card, and these dewdrops give a gorgeous and elegant look into projects.
I started off my card by die-cutting the mosaic dome intricate part in golden mirror paper and then the base part in a white paper. After that, I die-cut the Eid Mubarak sentiment in golden mirror paper. Then I took a white card panel and die-cut the edge with a lace die by Altenew.
Then I added a golden mirror paper under the upper portion of the lace die-cut panel. Followingly I attached the mosaic dome die-cut and Eid Mubarak die-cut on the card panel using white glue.
After decorating the card panel, I adhered it on top of a white blank card which is bigger in size than the panel. hen as a final touch I adhered Metallic Gold Dew Drops to decorate the card.
The above photo is the look of the card in candlelight. This card is well fit for displaying on your bedside table or bookshelf.
Thanks for coming by, I hope you liked today’s card. Please leave me a comment if you have any questions. Stay safe and craft with your heart!
Sadia
