It’s time to get those holiday cards in the mail, let’s create!

This card started with one of the canvas images by Robin’s Nest and built from there.

It’s a large card, 8 1/2″ x 11 piece of paper folder in half to 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″.

 

SUPPLIES:
Creative Dew Drop Canvas – Artsy Dew Drop Pine Tree by Robin’s Nest
Dew Drops – by Robin’s Nest (gold circles and yellow diamonds)
Patterned paper (Basic Grey), red cardstock, green cardstock scrap (letters cut with Cricuit-Plantin Schoolbook font), gold mini brads, snowflake mini brads, gold metallic cardstock (I used an jewelry box), red glitter glue, alcohol inks – butterscotch, pesto and pearl (Ranger Ink), star punch, cutting tools and adhesives.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pounce the Artsy Pine Tree with Pesto alcohol ink, the background with butterscotch then pearl.
2. Cut slits in canvas to slide the gold bar through, cut red cardstock to size, attach with adhesive and snowflake mini brads, assemble and adhere to the full card front. Secure the gold bar with mini brads.
3. Punch a gold star and adhere in place, embellish with yellow diamond Dew Drops.
4. Glue gold round Dew Drops to the Artsy Tree as ornaments, add some dots of red glitter glue.
5. Cut J-O-Y letters and adhere.
