Hey There,
It’s Karen here…to share this quick and easy 4th of July card.  Tear Drops are perfect to create the sparkling firecracker flame.  It is so simple to add glitter glue to Tear Drops and totally transform them into twinkling gems.  I’ll warn you now…once you add glitter to Dew Drops, it may be hard to go back to plain solid ones!  Stand back….Snap, Crackle, & POP!

The Robin’s Nest

Directions:
1. Stamp a fire cracker image onto white card stock using black ink. Stamp or doodle a design to the barrel of each fire cracker. Carefully cut out the images.
2. Adhere blue paper to a card base and then adhere a row of fire crackers.

3. Next, use silver ink to stamp an explosion burst at the top of each alternating wick.

4. Adhere a Tear Drop to a glue dot to keep it steady while you apply gold glitter glue atop each Tear Drop gem. When the glitter glue is dry, attach the flame to the top of the fire cracker.

5.  Lastly, attach a row of Mini Pearl Dew Drops along the lower edge.

Other Supplies:
candle rubber stamps
black, red, blue, & silver ink pads
gold glitter glue
glue dots
dark blue patterned paper
card base 4×6″
