Hello and Welcome to the blog – Shelly with you today showing you how to elevate a plain burlap sack into an elegant gift bag.
And it might just surprise you to discover what Robin’s Nest Products I used ….
Let’s gather our supplies:
- Burlap Gift Bags from big box craft store
- “Snow” Rub-Ons
- Dew Drops – Goldenberry Mix
- Glitter Chipboard Winter Snowflakes
- Clear Drying Glue (like Best Glue Ever)
- Stiff piece of cardboard
Let’s make it:
- Place a piece of cardboard inside bag to create a smooth, firm surface for applying rub-ons
- Apply snowflake rub-ons to burlap sack with stick (yes! rub-ons work great on all kinds of surfaces – not just paper!)
- Embellish snowflakes with Goldenberry Dew Drops
For the finishing touch….
- Punch a hole in Glitter Chipboard Snowflakes and thread onto drawstrings.
Cute gift bags! Merry Christmas from CSM and myself!
