Hello crafty friends and Happy Wednesday to you all! Cheryl here with a fun Decorated Journal book and dew drops. We will decorate the Journal using Dew Drops today, I have some photos below showing kinda what I did . This was made for The Robins Nest: Todays Journal was super fun to make and I love decorating using the different dew drops. I used Dew Drops from the Robins Nest to cover the heart on the “I Love Crafting ”  and on the bottom border, and also along the right side. I love how this looks using the dew drops, and can’t wait to use my journal.

To Start

To start I received this journal from my husband, he was given it at work. I thought how perfect it would be to cover and decorate. So I chose the I love Crafting design papers, and wanted to see them, so kept it simple. I did add a border stick, and a I Love crafting sticker, also the scissors, and ribbon. I also covered the pen with coordinating design paper. Lastly I added my ribbon.

Decorating now

To decorate I grabbed the heart dew drops, black and white dew drops, and then the pink. Then using glue and the vikerer tool I added them and let them dry. The Heart I used to cover the heart on the sticker, and then I used the diamond dew drops along the right side, I ended up using pink and black. For the bottom scalloped border I used some pink dew drops.

I absolutely love using the dew drops on all my projects, I feel it gives it a nice embellished look. Can’t wait to use my journal!
