Hello crafty friends and Happy Wednesday to you all! Cheryl here with my project I designed for The Robins Nest: Today’s fun project is a Snowman Candy cane using Dew Drops from the Robins Nest. I really enjoyed making this. I think I will be adding this to one of my gifts for Christmas, also these would make perfect co-worker,neighbor, or friend gifts.

To Start

to start I punched out my scalloped circles and then my circles using stampinup punches. Next I glued all the pieces together. I then just cut some black card stock to make his hat. I then added some red ribbon across it. Now you have a snowman to decorate using the dew drops.

Decorating the Snowman

I started with the white dew drops and created a snowflake on his hat using 5 white diamond shaped dew drops and a round one. I hot glue them all on. Now for the eyes and buttons I used the black dew drops. I wanted to add his scarf , so I used some ribbon and hot glued it on. Lastly I created some holly & berries using the green and red dew drops. I cut his nose out of an orange card stock and glued it on, and then drew on his mouth. Lastly I stamped my sentiment and punched it out, and added some white paint pen marks around his body. Super fun and easy treat to make.

Thank you so much for stopping by and hope you enjoyed my post for today. happy crafting to all
