Hello Crafty Robins,
It’s Karen here to bring you a enchanting mermaid masquerade mask.  I would prefer to hold a mask and not wear one but this project could just as easily be done on a standard mask with an elastic strap. Surprisingly, I rummaged through my box of floral bits and found the wire spirals on the left side so don’t discount what you might already have in your craft stash as something that could be suitable for underwater life. I used one real seashell and painted it to match while the rest of the seashells are buttons or charms.

Supplies: Water Dew Drops
masquerade mask, sea shells, marine-life charms, micro beads, white pearl paint,
glitter glue, glue gun, liquid adhesive, pearls, wire spirals, plastic flourish

Directions:  Use a glue gun to adhere a cluster of seashell and marine embellishments on the upper corners of the mask.  Add a cluster of wire spirals to the upper portion of the left side so that they overhang the edge.  Adhere the largest embellishments first and then adhere the Dew Drops last as filler for the smaller areas.  Apply glitter glue selectively to accentuate some of the seashells.  Lastly, apply liquid adhesive to attach aqua blue micro beads to any tiny spaces in between embellishments. (TIP: Work in a shallow box so you can collect unstuck micro beads and return them to the bottle.)
