Ingredients:
#5 Manila Tag

Various Rub-ons
Map Tissue Paper
Matte Media

Tim Holtz Distress Inks in: Brushed Corduroy, Rusty Hinge, Tea Dye, and Vintage Photo
Tim Holtz Ephemera – Botanical and paper dolls
Tim Holtz Phrases
Dew Drops – neon orange mini dew dropsneon yellow mini dew drops and forest brown mini dew drops
Liquid Adhesive
Fabric Flower

Directions:

Gather your supplies, including a tag that you have used multiple rub ons on over time.  I keep a tag handy when I only have a little bit of rub on left in a packet.  I just rub miscellaneous items on a tag.  Then a background is partially developed.
Using Matte Media, adhere tissue to the background.  Let dry thoroughly
Using Distress Inks, color your background. Mist with water if desired to create a vintage feel.

 Adhere botanical ephemera and dolls

Adhere fabric flower using liquid adhesive.
Using liquid adhesive adhere dew drops in neon orange and yellow, and forest brown.
Let your tag dry and it is ready to use!

See you next time!
