How to Add Dew Drops on a Mixed Media Tag

Hello Crafty Friends!
Fairuz Fabiha here. Today I’ll be sharing with you my first project of 2020, which is a lovely soft toned mixed media tag. The lovely neon pink dewdrops goes so well with the muted pink and gold background and add an interest to the project. I’ve been inspired by the beginning of a new year to add the sentiment ‘A new beginning’.
